Seafaring Flotation Wriststrap Review

I am a little torn between using this bark control collar or just dealing with the barking.  I don't want to be  "mean" to my dog but I also don't like being kept up all night either.

   I wish I would have had one of these  2-in-1 Nursing Cover and Carseat Canopy when my babies were little bitty. I had to use a baby blanket and toss it over them. But that did not keep the wind from blowing it off. I still had to struggle with the cover being kicked off and pulled down onto them. This cover has Velcro straps to attach to the handle so it doesn't fall down onto the baby, and there is also a strap to slip over your head that allows the cover to drape the baby during nursing. Hello, I am Antonia and I am a pinterest-aholic.

I am always browsing pinterest for great ideas and inspirationto make my small home more functional. When you have a small place you need to make every inch count.

I have put together a few of my favorite DIYs that I may be trying in the future.

 

This is genius, but my pots don't have lids like that and that is my storage dilemma.

 

 

 A simple solution to having to dig under the sink to find those hidden away supplies. Simply build some custom boxes, attach to full extension drawer slides at ovis which can be mounted inside the cabinet wall under the sink. 

Brilliant!

 

 

 This are great ideas for using up every inch of space. Find those spots you wouldn't think about. Create a drawer, shelf, or make bins store some of the items that tend to take up valuable space.

School Band

 

My daughter was in 6th grade band last year. She did well but has moved on to other things this year. It is sort of bittersweet for me. I enjoyed her being in band, but the equipment and costs could be a little overwhelming. I am a lucky one though. We rented her trombone and case from the school which is good for us. The school on the other hand, not so much. 

I can only imagine the cost of keeping the programs, like band, running for a school system. The cost of instruments, books, stands, instrument cases, baton cases, batons, and who knows what else is involved. It is overwhelming I'm sure. Thanks to lots of caring people helping out, music programs are still active in some schools.
